My name is Monika. As a certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner and PhD survivor, I am here to support you to on your PhD journey towards more ease and joy.
From my own experience, I know all too well about the many academic, professional and personal challenges that a PhD can entail. I also struggled with feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and stressed. I know about the constant comparison, self-doubt about whether you are good enough, striving for perfection and putting off tasks on your to-do list. Financial and career insecurities, obligations to family and friends and other commitments can add to this toxic mix that slowly burn us out.
But let me tell you: There is another way – a way with more ease, joy and, yes, breaks too!
And YES, you can also choose this direction! It’s not too late.
